Phillips Excavating, founded by TJ Phillips, who started running heavy equipment out of high school. Building motocross tracks for himself and friends. Which led to him working in a local union as a heavy equipment operator for 10 years. During that time, he advanced his skills and found a passion to use those skills to deliver the best possible product at affordable pricing by building his own business.
